How do you put into words what this place means to me? From just imagining the feeling I always get there, I travel to every corner of that city, which always smells like the sea. Where I have eaten the best food in my 29 years. I never tire of touring its streets, even if they are in ascent, I know that arriving to the top I will see so much beauty that it doesn’t seem real. It seems that the sun never hides, even if it is winter, you feel comfortable, and the best: the sea is always there, waiting for you.

Rouen is the capital of the Normandy in the north of France (one hour away from Paris). It's a port City on the banks of the River Seine. I have lived three months in this beautiful City. I had the feeling of living inside a fairy tale. His beautiful houses with half-timbered walls. his streets and gothic architecture gave me the feeling of living in the1400s. This was also the city where Joan of Arc was condemned and burned at the stake in the same square where the Saint Joan of Arc church is now built in honor of her. Personally always liked this character and it was another reason why I love this little city.

I never stop being fascinated by Paris. I discover new corners full of magic and charm. This leads me to travel back in time to "Belle époque". I think of all the artists who passed through this city which I deeply admire and I feel so fortunate. It also reminds me of the city I was born, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The architecture is a little similar since many French architects built some structures in my country that still remain today and give it that European touch for which it is often called "the small Europe of South America". In my head the voice of Edith Piaf with her "la vie en rose" always sounds. I also heard her leave the accordion of some man sitting on some street in this amazing city. The baguettes, the macarons, the patisseries where you taste the most delicious sweets in the world. His imposing lights, his monuments, his history, fashion, art, style. all this and more is Paris for me.
